Before you even think about going out and buying Kava Tea Bags, there has been quite a controversy about the possible effects of Kava tea and whether it can even be considered a tea. This particular type of tea has been a drink that has its origins in the jungles of such places as Tanna, Vauatu. A more serious effects of Kava includes anesthesia of the mouth, sedation, muscle weakness, euphoria, and ataxia. There have also been reported liver damage incidents.

Native to the South Pacific Islands and Oceania, the Kava plant has been grown for it’s ability to calm the mind and body and to encourage sound sleep however we must also consider the possible effects of Kava tea and take precautionary steps to avoid possible occurrence of serious problem.
